1. Cancellation by the participant

Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing to the congress organizer at the following email address: contact@cmc1symposium.com

Cancellation more than 60 days before the start of the congress:

100% refund of the registration fees, minus an administrative fee of €15.

Cancellation between 59 and 30 days before the start of the congress:

50% refund of the registration fees, minus an administrative fee of €15.

Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the congress:

No refund will be issued.

2. No-show

In case of a no-show on the day of the event, no refund will be granted.

3. Cancellation or modification of the congress by the organizer

The organizer reserves the right to modify the program, change the venue, or postpone the congress for reasons beyond their control (force majeure, health constraints, etc.).

In the event of complete cancellation of the congress, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fees paid, excluding any other compensation (transportation costs, individually booked accommodation, etc.).
